Pour l'amour du vivant

My work proposes an alternative: a way of life in which humans cease to exploit living beings and systematically destroy habitats.
The raw clay ivy embodies a humanity capable, despite its density and pressures, of creating a safe and nurturing space for the flourishing of life. At its heart rests a dove, a symbol of hope, while insects find refuge within its abundant and sustaining vegetation. The work thus becomes a metaphor for a future in which humans coexist harmoniously with their environment.

This sculpture is participatory. Viewers are invited to inscribe, on a piece of raw clay, a value or action they wish to share with others, contributing to the preservation of life on Earth. Each piece is then incorporated into the ivy, enriching the representation of a collective and sustainable future. The work thus functions both as an object of reflection and as a tool for concrete engagement, transforming ecological responsibility into a tangible act.
