Biography

Dominique Plamondon is a ceramic artist living and working in Québec, QC, Canada. She holds a post-secondary diploma in Interior Design from Cégep Garneau, Québec (2015) and later completed another post-secondary diploma in Applied Arts, specialization in ceramics, at Cégep Limoilou, Québec (2024). During her academic training, she had the opportunity to participate in the production of Marie-Ève Fréchette’s artwork Nature Morte, which was exhibited at Galerie NeC in Paris (2023). She also founded a Pop-up event to showcase the skills of art students across all disciplines. The event, Étudiants Artisans, took place in the heart of Old Québec in 2023.

Dominique's artistic work was featured at Materia, in Quebec City, as part of the group exhibition Elles façonnent de nouveaux rituels (2024). Her work was also exhibited in the collective exhibition Nature onirique et autres «folies», at Villa Bagatelle, Québec (2024).
