Statement
Through my artistic practice, I seek to make visible the profound and often irreversible consequences of human activity on ecosystems. Grounded in scientific research, my approach adopts both a critical and poetic stance to examine systemic human behaviors, the extermination of living beings, as well as the increasing artificialization and destruction of our environment.
In opposition to extractivist and repressive logics of domination, I advocate for the idea that interdependence among forms of life offers a more just, resilient, and sustainable model. My work thus positions itself as an act of resistance, in which the artistic gesture becomes a tool for awareness, critique, and transformation.
True to this ethical position, I prioritize a circular approach based on the reuse of resources. I primarily employ recycled and repurposed materials to create ephemeral sculptures conceived as organisms in transformation. Once their cycle has ended, these works are recovered, dismantled, and reintegrated into new creations, asserting a rejection of waste-driven logic and a desire to reimagine our relationship with matter and the living world.
